Promoting wellbeing in the workplace means caring for the physical, emotional and mental health of your workforce.

We believe in inclusive initiatives, promoting sustainability and balance, all tailored to each organisation’s workforce. The Charlalas take a holistic approach to wellbeing in the workplace and offer a variety of options to encompass physical and emotional health at work. Our wellbeing at work offering is eco-friendly with little or no eco footprint as we keep consumables to a minimum and use natural products whenever we can.

Our Wellbeing at Work sessions can cover:

  • Singing Workshops - uplifting, accessible and collaborative. Everyone has a voice, we’ll help you access it and reap the benefits. The Charlalas can cater for any desired style from Glee to Gospel, led by Ciara Blacker (Royal Academy of Music, South Bank Centre).

  • Stress Management/Mindset

    • Breathing Techniques - to calm the nervous system, encourage focus & clarity of thinking

    • Creating Anchors to help you change your mood/state of mind 

    • How your language affects how you feel and how you communicate with others

    • Changing habits - the brain and body follows the path of least resistance to save energy - how to overcome this.

    • Movement in the form of Pilates or Yoga class - covering core principles 

    • Movement Nutrition, the macro and micro movements needed for a healthy body

    • ‘Movement Snacks’ throughout the day - attainable and beneficial exercise

We take great care to take into account varied abilities, the way people are dressed and the possibility many of them may have never attended a 'wellbeing' event before. Ensuring sessions are welcoming and accessible in every sense. 

Depending on your requirements, we can draw on our engaging and dynamic team of wellbeing experts to create the perfect package, these include: NLP practitioner and Life Coach, Chartered Physiotherapist, Yoga teacher, Sweaty Betty ambassador and Insta Vegan Chef.
